I only use the finest ingredients and NEVER use any artificial ingredient’s or preservatives. Everything is made to order with LOVE in small batches. I can't wait for you to give our products a try.

Annie A Gourmet - Your Metro Detroit sourdough connection
A sourdough starter is a mixture of flour and water that hosts a stable blend of beneficial bacteria and wild yeasts naturally. This mixture is continually maintained with regular refreshments of organic flour (also known as feedings) and is used to leaven and flavor new bread dough. The starter is the cornerstone of successful sourdough baking. If properly maintained, no yeasts need to be added to any sourdough recipe.
